Scope of Services
Just-N-Time provides a range of cleaning and property care services, including pressure washing, window cleaning, paver services, home cleaning solutions, and more. Our services are available throughout Florida.
Payment Terms
All services are charged by the job and must be paid in full upon completion of the work. Payment is required at the time of service. We do not offer refunds for completed work.
Cancellations
A $50 cancellation fee will be apply if appointment time was scheduled . No refunds will be issued for canceled services.
Liability
Just-N-Time is fully insured for liability. However, we are not responsible for any damage to property caused by incomplete or unfinished work that has not been properly sealed or prepared, especially in the case of electrical issues or other mishaps. Customers must inform us of any known issues with the property before work begins to ensure safety and clarity.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal belongings are removed from the work area before we begin.
If you instruct us to perform services on areas that are not fully prepared (e.g., an unfinished or improperly sealed surface), Just-N-Time cannot be held responsible for any damages or mishaps that occur.

We offer same-day scheduling and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our website is designed for information and booking purposes. You may also contact a representative for an onsite or phone quote to better understand the scope of work.
